Whitespace Awareness Week. Day 4: Training

For a whitespace strategy to work well, the sales team need to understand how to operate strategically. To achieve this, it’s advisable to implement an effective sales training programme that address three areas:

1.      Skills, i.e., how to be relevant and effective

2.      Behaviours, i.e., how to behave in order to build trust quickly

3.      Proposition, i.e., how does your proposition fit together and add value
